Netguru

Coming from our native market, Netguru has been recognized as one of the fastest growing technology companies in Europe according to the Financial Times. It has been included twice in the Financial Times 1000 list and three times in the Technology Fast 50 Central Europe.

Netguru runs projects for companies from around the world, focusing on corporate clients and scale-ups (Volkswagen, Solarisbank, Keller Williams) from the USA and Western Europe. The Netguru team works in a very wide technological stack and is one of the precursors of providing job salary information and remote work on a large scale in Poland.

Challenge

The business strategy of the organization works great and over the last few years Netguru has been growing dynamically. In 2013, the company employed about 50 people, in 2016 over 300, and now there are over 900 employees!

After the pandemic, the demand for IT services increased, which, combined with the ubiquitous remote work, resulted in unprecedented competition on the labor market.

To continue supporting its clients, start new projects, and maintain the status of one of the fastest-growing companies in the tech industry, the Netguru recruitment team had to face this challenge.

Solution

Talks about potential collaboration started in November and we started working together in January. We kicked off by setting our main priorities:

  • greater flexibility in carrying out the hiring plan and achieving recruitment business goals
  • end-to-end recruitment support
  • taking care of HR processes
  • opening new roles, involving rapid employment of new people.

Because we had to deliver results fast, we proposed our most effective service, i.e., RPO. We dedicated a team of two of our IT recruiters to the project - Ewelina Wieczorek (later replaced by Filip Kaczmarek ) and Agnieszka Brzosko .

Ewelina and Agnieszka took over the recruitment processes from A to Z, i.e. from candidate acquisition, and also started an intensive direct search. Their duties also included conducting recruitment interviews, working with Hiring Managers, advising on the market and candidates, and working with the EB, finance, and legal departments.

As a result, we closed 44 recruitments for Junior/Mid/Senior roles:
