OBJECTIVES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
  1. Carrying out the initial stage of recruitment, based on your consents, including the personal data provided in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) GDPR (ordinary data) or in accordance with Art. 9 sec. 2 point a) GDPR (special category data, e.g. health or disability data);
  2. Participation in future recruitment processes conducted for our clients, based on the consent expressed in art. 6 sec. 1 point a) GDPR;
  3. Defending against potential claims of our clients, for whom we recruit, regarding the non-compliance of the Candidate's profile with the requirements specified by the client - which is the legitimate interest of the data controller pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point f) GDPR.

OBJECTIVES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
  1. Carrying out the recruitment procedure in the scope of data indicated by the provisions of the labor law (Article 22¹ of the Labor Code) and taking the necessary actions to conclude a contract with the selected candidate pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR;
  2. Including additional data in the recruitment process based on your consents, including personal data provided other than those resulting from legal provisions, in accordance with art. 6 section 1 lit. a GDPR (ordinary data) or in accordance with Art. 9 sec. 2 lit. a GDPR (data of a special category, e.g. data on health or degree of disability);
  3. Participation in future recruitment processes, based on the expressed consent of art. 6 section 1 lit. a GDPR;
  4. The data will also be processed based on the Administrator's legitimate interest in securing claims and defending against claims, including in connection with defense against allegations of discrimination (due to age, gender, other – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA
  1. The scope of required data: providing data resulting from art. 22¹ of the Labor Code is required to participate in the recruitment process. The scope of the necessary data includes: name and surname, date of birth, contact details (e.g. telephone number, e-mail address, contact via a social networking site, e.g. LinkedIn); education, professional qualifications, previous employment history.
  2. The scope of voluntary data: the remaining scope of personal data included in the application documents and the application form is voluntary and may include:

  4. Maintenance of accounting and tax documentation - and article 74 of the Accounting Act and others concerning taxpayers (processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject)
  5. Debt collection - article 6 sec. 1 pt. f) GDPR (processing is necessary for the purposes of the Investigation of claims and protection against claims - article 6 sec. 1 pt. f) GDPR (processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller)
  6. Direct marketing of own products and services - Article 6 par. 1 item a of GDPR in connection with Article 10 of the Act on the provision of electronic services and Article 6 par. 1 item f of GDPR) Marketing of third-party partners' services/products - article 6 sec. 1 pt. f) GDPR (processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller)
PERIOD OF PROCESSING
  1. The data is processed:

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
  1. Personal data will be transferred by the administrator only to trusted entities, such as companies providing and operating selected IT systems and solutions, accounting, legal, postal and courier service providers.
  2. As a rule, personal data will not be transferred outside the EEA or shared with international organizations. However, where the controller uses service providers outside the EEA that have not been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data, the transfer of personal data to the above-mentioned entities is based on standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission, by which they are subject to adequate safeguards to protect the privacy and rights and freedoms of the data subjects. A copy of the standard contractual clauses can be obtained from the Controller.

  3. To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on a legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of such data.
  4. To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The consent withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing that has been carried out on the basis of the consent prior to the withdrawal.
